First 9a by Hugo Meignan (18)
Hugo Meignan has done his first 9a, Moksha in Pic St Loup which was set up by Gerome Pouvreau in 2012. During the same day he also did Alix au pays des merveille 8c+ and the 18 year old goes to #13 in the ranking game. Hugo has four younger siblings who all have made news on 8a before.
