Suggested grades

Currently, users are de-incentivized to give personal grades that are lower than "consensus" because they will receive less points. 8a.nu should introduce the concept of a "suggested rating" (like mountainproject has) wherein

• the user can suggest a grade when they tick on 8a.nu, as normal
• the amount of points for a route is based on the consensus grade of the suggestions, not what the user personally ticks

This will allow users to give more honest grade suggestions without being penalized, and would contribute to more accurate consensus.
