Hi. The redeem code from my Kalymnos climbing guidebook 2023 has a token that I cannot find anywhere. This means I cannot enter the code and activate the Vertical Life app. The token is a vertical stripe with on top a small horizontal left stripe and on the bottom a small horizontal right stripe. If I know the language it comes from I can try again (it's not Greek).
