Ranking Update Bug

Has this only started happening recently? I noticed it the last few days as well.

From what I am seeing, it takes on the order of days for the scores to be correctly calculated after a new ascent has been posted. I just noticed this in the last week, and it is probably some scaling issue related to system architecture.

Exactly the same here! It's been more than 10 days since I've logged my ascent that isn't taken into account in Ranking, but it shows correctly in Trend graph.

Does anyone know of a more direct way to get this bug taken care of?

I get the feeling the ranking needs to be manually refreshed by them because it doesn't seem to be doing it automatically.

Hey. So there was indeed an issue previously where the recalculation would get stuck, and a “manual refresh” solved that a couple of times. Not so this time though, that’s why it is taking longer. Need to finish other work first, then we’ll have a look at it. Sorry about this. I’ll provide an update here when I know more.
