Ranking does not get updated when ascent is older than 12 months
example: Céline Le dily, ranking game: 10 500 Points. Profile: 1 100 Points. Julia Pfanzelt: ranking: 10 000 Points, profile: 9 800...
Thanks for the note, we are looking into it. Tomorrow we do some work on the DB which hopefully resolves the issue, then I can give you an update. edit: should be fixed since this morning.
Hm... Maybe you updated the website once, but it should get updated every day automatically? I could still find a profile which is not up to date (https://www.8a.nu/user/maria-sperl/sportclimbing) But it was indeed harder to find one than it was last week ;)
Hi Tanka, the ranker runs every 15 minutes. Only when it gets stuck is a "restart" required. As of now, it seems to me that also /user/maria-sperl looks correct. When we align the Vertical-Life app rankings with the rankings here we will try to improve the mechanics so that discrepancies between the trend graph and the ranker don't occur [in some edge cases they can show different values due to "no score" ascents for example], and a stuck ranker doesn't happen so often.
Hi, it seems like the 12 months score does not get updated when ascents are older than one year. This problem used to exist a few years ago and got solved then, but now it appeared again.
