Ascent Count Not Updating

Yepp, doesn't work. Neither ranking.

We implemented a fix. With the next ascent that you add, your counter and ranking should update and include all ascents again. As usual, this kight take up to 10 min to be visible. Please let me know if not. For an update without the need to add an ascent we need to take the site into maintenance mode, which we will do in the next days. Thanks.

Just tried, ranking still doesn’t work.

Hey Julija, I looked up your logbook and all the numbers seem to add up. Your most recent ascent is in the ranking too, from what I can see. Could you tell me what is off? Thanks.

Fix works for me, but I have an issue that started at the same time the ascent count stopped working. When I sort my bouldering logbook by grade, the order of the grades isn't correct anymore. For example, 6C and 6C+ does not appear between 6B+ and 7A. Instead it appears between 6A and 6A+ (depending on how many ascents I load the order changes though). Wrong order is not a problem for routes, only boulders.

My routes are also not in date order anymore either. For example my second to last 7b route has moved to look like the first 7b i ever sent. I dont remember it being like that. Also other routes are out of order now

The ordering issue is for routes too. 7B+ comes before 7C+ in the scorecard when sorted by Grade.

And the 7B+'s are in some underterminable order. Not by date for sure.

The sorting issues should hopefully be fixed now (they occured at the same time than the ranker issue, but were unrelated). Please let me know if you still find anything, but for the 'Statistics' numbers to update after adding an ascent, note that you need to wait up to 15 min.

hey ben -- still doesn't seem to be working for me. specifically looking at last 12 months of routes, my total says 8 but i've logged 16.

Same issue, ranking doesnt update.

It should be fixed again - it was due to high traffic. We'll continue to look into the issue and implement a more longterm fix soon. Note that a 15 min wait for the rankings stats to update might be needed after adding an ascent.
