i have an ideer about going climbing for 2 weeks in the beginning of october. last year i was 2 weeks on sardinia(isili) and is just returned from 2 weeks on kalymnos. this is 2 very fun places with lots of overhanging routes. as i prefer them :-) the steeper the better. but where shall i go next time?? i would like to be able go to both Kal/sard. again in a year or two, with out having climb everything below 7a/b. so i want to try some where new(to me). i climb overhanging routes at 6c-7b - but will probably project a 7c on the next trip in october.
You should consider Siurana - Spain. It is a best time to be there, we are climbers and rent a big house for climbers in a nearby village Cornudella de Monsant, can accomodate a group of 8 people, share info on climbs and give you a travel info.

Hi Bo, Sardinia is MUCH bigger than Kalymnos and in fact we think of the island's climbing in 5 distinct areas: Isili (where you have been), Cala Gonone (Millenium is a very beautiful cave, though not too many routes, I was there yesterday), Ogliastra (where we live, see http://www.8a.nu/forum/ViewForumThread.aspx?ObjectId=32201&ObjectClass=CLS_ForumGeneral&CountryCode=GLOBAL This cave has some nice routes in the grade you climb, also Braccio di Ferro and Creuza de Ma and Serra Oseli are good for you), the SW/Iglesiente (Tana delle Tigri) and NW (Casarotto). Plenty of steep routes in brackets!
