What do you do on this website when there are no recent news?

go out and climb. Go home, add to log-book. Will keep you occupied for a couple of minutes (hopefully)  :).  I'd love a better forum as well. Don't know why they won't use a service provider for that. From what I know, that should't be too expensive? Better sorting, easier searching and effective updates etc. Like that video tab suggestion. Didn't know there was one either.

I browse through the crag database and dream of/plan trips, look at photos of fit climbing girls;-), check to see what people I know have been climbing and cause trouble on the forum! (kidding!) I agree the site is way overdue for an over haul, a decent forum such as phpBB would be a huge step forward, a convenient search function for the whole site with appropriate filters (I suppose google works - sort of - cant filter tho) and clearer layout would help. Losing the frames would really help, if you read an interesting article it is impossible to send the URL to a friend, also what of twitter/facebook links RSS feeds? With as many clicks as Jens claims surely its possible to arrange finance for this? I wont hold my breath though, I spent many hours preparing an improved grade comparison chart for this site for no charge and yet it has never been incorporated :-( That said, for what it is, I still enjoy the functions that it does offer but there is room for improvement. PS Where is the video section??

haha, lol! Found it minutes after posting that! Was browsing on my phone so was zoomed in on only part of the page! Ja, better page layout would help.

you know, the page admin is always very very occupied with... well no idea, but anyway very busy. this site wont improve until someone presents some real alternative...
