Weight Classes for comps?

What do you guys think of that idea? There are several sports where the competition is subdivided into weight classes... should climbing be one of them? -D
Weight classes are used normally on Sports where extra weight is an advantage, in climbing is the opposite, probably better would be height classes theres a factor more important than weight and impossible to overcome with diets or any kind of procedure... Ramon Julian is probably the strongest climber in the circuit but he suffers a lot with his height, (he does almost every move but the effort he has to put to do some of them turns against him in the end) and he could't compete in Boulder since is even more height dependent...

What about weight classes in fotball, running, ice-hockey...
Frederico: True, those sports generally have weight classes for weight advantage, but it could easily be adopted as weight disadvantage, I suppose.... It's hard to tell what is the more important factor... Chris Sharma at 74kg is as 'strong' a climber as the <60kg Ondra, and Daniel Woods is one of the top boulderers at 5'6".... Jens: I was talking about the relevance to climbing, not to football, running, or ice-hockey. -D
