meteoblue.com is not too bad for Germany (Frankenjura), Switzerland and probably Austria, too. Dont have expierence with other countries.

For Austria use www.zamg.ac.at or www.bergfex.at --> uses the same source but is very accurate For Switzerland www.meteo.ch For all three websites you don't see very long forecasts (3-4 days) but they are very accurate
