Train and compete online on MOON BOARD

The concept of the Moon board is interesting for several reasons; via the internet and the forum provided by Moon Climbing climbers around the world can compare notes on grades, discuss the problems, exchange ideas on training etc. Furthermore, any climber with access to a Moon Board can compare himself to any other anywhere in the world whenever they like; the prospect of online competitions either by recording or in real-time becomes possible. Moon Board competitions thus offer the opportunity for anyone to compete with sponsored heroes, bypassing national teams and the time and expense of travelling to competitions-a truly twenty first century format! http://www.moonclimbing.com/moonboard-c-421.html

This is as far as I know a new concept and for sure an addition for all climbers with a home wall. I'm with out one so I can tell if it works but the concept seams like a fun way to train with others via the net
sounds interesting but entreprise already had this principle more then 5 yeas ago. but that was not supported by a community website.

The Moon Board overhangs by 40 degrees. We've been running the concept since about 2007 but finally got the interactive website finished last week. Hopefully this will help to connect Moon Board users around the world and keep people motivated on their training and climbing.
