Hy, does anyone have information about multipitching in terradets? Camping? Food? good routes (6th grade - 300m or so)? To hot in summer or not? Alternatives in the area? Thx alot!!
Hi Jaap, Next to the gorge of Terradets there's a refugee and an Hotel. You can access the walls in less than 20mins walking from there. In summer AVOID it. It's too warm. That zone of Catalunya (Serra del Montsec) have all the walls facing south. I suggest to look info for Cavallers, a valley in the Pyrenees next to the village of Boรญ. Multipitch, sport climbing, bouldering... cool place :)
Thx guys... I tried to find some info on cavallers, but cant find much. Mainly granite up to 120m or so...and bouldering, which is nice! :) Anybody knows if there is bolted multipitching as well? I'd like to try some trad too, but I have zero experience so I don't know if that's such a good idea! ;-)
