Slash grades

How do slash grades in the US grading system translate to the French scale. For example, is a 5.13a/b a 7c+/8a or do you round up or down? The 8a scorecards do not allow users to enter slash grades. Thanks.
I mark down unless I really have a beef with the grade- in which case I round up (but this is rare).
Go w/ local consensus.
We don't think that slash grades is a necessary thing in the long run. Grading will always be subjective and we should not strive to make it to circumstansial. We recommend that when registring a route/boulder that for the time beeing is slash graded - Mark down. However, is it more or less a consensus that it should be upgraded - Do so! A new option is to mark it as either Hard or Soft when you register your ascents. Grading is and will always be subjective. Don't lose your spirit!
I have recognized in particularly that Matt Behrens always grades at least a letter or number higher than the true ranking. This is honorable? I do not am sure.
