Hi Does anyone have any up to date information about the condition of Salavat's daughter and whether sufficient funds have been raised for her operation/transportation? It seems that a large proportion of serious sport climbing accidents are caused by falling rocks. Although this is one of the obvious inherent risks involved in climbing on rocks, I wonder how we can raise the awareness of the community to this sometimes underestimated risk - some simple "rules" should minimise the risk. Two days ago she has started to open her eyes but she still cannot recognize her parents. But yesterday another one operation on her leg was done so she is unconscious again... Zalya is not transportable now because of brain injury.
