My friends and I are going to Rodellar in September for the first time and I was wondering: - what's the best way to lodge? camping vs refuges? - usual temps for that time of the year? - best 7c+/8a(s) to project? - things to do on rest days? - cheap rental cars? Thanks!
Don't worry about anything teiva t!!! everything is easy in rodellar: - is easy to find a place to sleep (two cร mpings and a refuge)-is easy to climb at shade or at sun, you have all the orientations, and the weather at september is good.- is easy to find 7c+/8a projects, you have thousands- is easy to do something at rest day, you can canyoning, trekking, just swiming and the best one: BAR!!- is easy to find cheap rental cars, cause you are in spain, and here things are cheaper than where you live!! Have a good climbing days, cause is easy to have it!!
Hi teiva, next to the kanlandraka refuge, i would recommend the "vallederodellar"-hotel. It`s not a cheap refuge, but it`s owned by really nice and helpful people. They have a small shop and offer good coffee, beer and an excellent wine. I was there in february, had an injury and these guys helped me a lot. Enjoy your stay!
