The Northern Areas of Pakistan is paradise for mountaineers, and adventure and nature lovers. Cluster of snow-clad peaks rise from the blanket of mist in the valleys. The world’s second highest peak rock pyramid the K-2 (8611 m), the Killer mountain Nanga Parbat (8125 m), the Gasherbrum-I (8068 m), the Broad peak (8047 m) and the Gasherbrum-II (8035 m). These mountain ranges of Pakistan offering great opportunities for mountaineering and mountain related adventure activities. The area is known as paradise for mountaineers, adventure and nature lovers. The compelling charm of these challenging high, eternal sea of rugged and pinnacles attract large number of climbers, adventure and nature lovers from all over the world to the Northern Areas of Pakistan each year.
