There are more and more options on 8a.nu. But there is not enough letters to write the whole name of the routes and boulders.
"la rose et le vampire" : is it too long for a name ?
In consequence, the database is uncomplete because some people will write "la rose", some others "la rose et le" ... no more place, etc...
I think having more characters for writing name is even more important than comment or rate.
totally agree, should be a simple field size change in the DB. Doesn't make much difference to add features like the new route grading links (which are definately useful when they work) when you have routes like "better eat your wheaties" or "barefoot on sacred ground" and there are many variations on how people enter the name in 8a.

I've changed the size from 30 to 50 characters and updated all La Rose... to La Rose et Le Vampire
Now I only need to get to Buoux and climb the thing :)

See you this spring/summer in Cรฉรผse ? ...Biographie/realization doesn't need that many characters, but it's not the only route worth to be done there !
