Charlotte Durif, made a very good onsight of this route, orignaly graded 8b, but, now and after some ascents the last two years (see the scorecards), the route is propose 8a+, some think 8a. L'odyssée is a 55 m route, composed by a 35 m crimpy 7c+, and after godd rest, a 20 m 7c+/8a. What is realy impressive in the charlotte ascent, is that she put the 20 draws in place and get all the rope drag.

I want to ask You, where does the route L'odyssée go in the upper part. Is it the left or middle variant? It is not clear when I look in the guidebook. Than You for explain.

it's the central line, in the middle of the overhang.

I'm sorry about this, but the "voie ultime femmes" at Cantobre, is a route climbed many times since 15 years and it NEVER been graded 8b+, but 8b!!

Sorry also for the ultime route at cantobre but most climbers propose 8a+....sorry durif you'renot as strong as you pretend! More i don't know how you can onsight 8b(laught!)and redpointed berlin....For me berlin is like 7b+/c.So give me an expannation. Ok it's a different style but i don't believe that you made it onsight.I wonder if someone has seen her onsighting routes?If not i can describe you what the onsight means for herself...(you're gonna laught).One day at La Balme ,a cliff close to my home,i was clilmbing and she do also in the same time.She was supposed to try a 7B+(l'oeil du cyclope)onsight.Her father was balaying her with some vinecular(twins)and said:"ok to right there's a jug,to the left a very big foot,..."Pffff if all her onsight are like that it's kinda very stupid!
