Load training index: comparisons.

An interesting question: What is your average weakly load training index? Just wanted to know the amount of training that could be called average. Also mention whether you are a proffesional climber or you climb as a hobby, because that is likely to make a difference. My load training index for a week is about 2750 on an average. I climb 6b (redpoint grade) and I climb when i am not studying, meaning i do it for quite a lot of time daily.

My average training load is obout 1700. But i guess you can't compare it to yours or anybody elses, because training diagrams are not made for that. They are more of a way for an individual to understand and to follow his training-load in comparison to form easily. Otherwise i climb as a hobby.

am I being thick? How do you work this out? cheers
Nowadays Iยดm climbing about 7a+. My avarege load index is about 1475. Climb when have time. I believe that could be a good idea to permit visualization to other people load index diagram, just like the Trend Diagram. So I could see how much David Graham trains to achieve 9a+.
