Keep in mind that you are a member of the Alaskan Alpine Club if you say you are, and you are always welcome at the Alaskan Alpine Club headquarters in Fairbanks Alaska. Among other things, we are a bit known for ragging government climbing regulations and fees, especially those of the US National Park Service thugs and their American Alpine Club supporters, much to our amusement and the anger of the American Alpine Club chaps. Those government puppets were enraged with we became the second US member of UIAA. The American Alpine Club and government tactics are dependent on lying and keeping people ignorant.
