After a summer of bouldering im trying to get back into leading routes. However my head seems to have gone, even indoors, and i am reluctant to make hard moves in case i fall. What can I do?

go indoors (or outdoors) for a "flying-day"... jump arround from every route, little to big ones... (watch out for nice landingzones) - you can even do that on every climbing day when you are warming up - makes your mind free ;)
