Climbing in USA(february - march 2012)

Hi. I want to climb in USA , probably february - march 2012 Can you help me ? I need more information about Hueco Tanks. Where I can live not so expensive ?  p.s. - i will there alone from russia . I am looking for a climbing partners. JOIN!
