Climbing in Croatia, Istria.

Hi, I'm going on holiday to Croatia, Istria region, with friends. They don't have lead climbing but do have toproping experience. I was wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to hangout topropes from the top (walk around the mountain or cliff) in certain areas in this region. That we we can climb, but we don't have to lead climb. Thanks in advance P.S. Do people know any good DWS spots in that region aswell? Joep
