Hey my vote for climber of 2005 will definately go to Dani Andrada, not only because of how hard he is climbing, but the contribution to climbing he is making, delivering many new routes and boulders this year (besides, Thomas Mrazak was climber of the year last year)
In my opinion it is hard to say who is climber of the year. I agree with you that Dani was really strong this year.
But in sportclimbing my vote will go to Angela Eiter. She's the best this year.
Also we can't forget Tomas Mrazek - 8c onsight and first place in UIAA World Championship. It doesn't matter that he was climber of the year last year.
