hey dude, it would be a good idea to go onto http://www.climb.co.za this is south africa's main climbing website. if you post your request here im sure some one will respond. This website should also give you all the infomation about those areas ...the main areas i know of are Montague and Oudtshoorn. both have an abundance of routes. see i dont live in cape town but this is as much as i know about it. hope you are successful
Great I will also be in Capetown this month to celebrate new year and perhaps also go to capetown.I will there for 10 days .I like south africa , this is a good destination for travel.

there is plenty to climb around cape town...the best idea would be to head to city rock in observatory on a tues or thurs eve so you can meet up with some climbers...there are plenty sport crags around and various trad climbing areas...there is also lots of bouldering but the website with topos is down at the moment..drop me a msg and I will be able to help out a bit more..we go bouldering three to four times a week..
