I still consider Performance Rock Climbing the best advanced training book even if it is probably 15-20 years now!
I also recomend the two following books, one old and one brand new: "The Self-Coached Climber: The Guide to Movement, Training, Performance" by Douglas Hunter and Dan Hague. This book has some very good description how to improve your movement. "9 out of 10 climbers make the same mistakes" by Dave MacLeod. Very good general advices to climbers of all levels, much focus is put on the "mental" game of climbing and training for climbing, as well as general technic training.
