Best long term motivational routes

I want to add to my training plan some motivational routes as long term goals, following the advice in the Rock Climber’s Training Manual. What are some amazing and motivational sport routes throughout the world in the 5.12 and 5.13 grades that would be good to include as long term goals? Thanks everybody!
Hola Pablo, que tal?  It depends on many different things: Where is the crag (choose a route close to your home where you can go frequently), how are the conditions? is the route often wet (en Espana no tendrás este problema tanto como en Alemania, jajaja)? How long is the route? is it bouldery or is it an endurance-route? I guess bouldery, short routes are not good for long term projects, either you can do the crux very fast or not at all... On a long route you can work on all kinds of things to become better: make the clips more efficient, find better movements even in the easier sequences to save your energy for the harder parts, making desicions where to rest and how long to rest... For me it's most motivating and interesting to try vertical stuff. You get a better feeling of the movements every time you try the route, the endurance-factor is not sooo important in vertical routes, and you get into a great climbing-flow after a while, even if at the first try it did'n feel possible at all.
