He also onsighted Knock out, 8a which he thought was more like 7c+. Adam Ondra did "Mascherina 8c" at Grotta dell'Areonauta (Italy) at the age of 11. I have never been the best in maths but wouldn't that be the official world record!

An American record is not the same as a world record :-). It´s impossible to grasp the success of these wonderkids. Is there any limits at all???? Anyway it´s good to read about them and start dreaming of that elusive 7a...hehehe Keep on climbing :-)

Yeah, I didn't pay attention to the geographic aspect of this article. But he wrote about world record! So I thought that he was talking about the entire world! But so be it! As you already said: Keep on climbing! ;)
