Very local pain in shoulder

Hi doc, Recently I noticed a sharp pain in my shoulder the day after a training (it didn't occur suddenly on a specific move). It is very local and located on the frontside, seemingly very close to the joint. The pain only occurs in certain overhead and pushing motions (especially if it includes a crossover to the other side of my body). Taking off my shirt was especially painful on the first day. I've taken Ibuprofin on the first 3 days and the warm, painful feeling has dissapeared in rest. I found out that I can climb in overhangs without pain, but on vertical walls some moves slightly hurt. Taking off a t-shirt still hurts more than that though... Push-ups also don't work without a small pain. Is this enough information to diagnose where the pain comes from and give me an advice on how to deal with it? Can I continue climbing that doesn't hurt at all and should I refrain from all moves and exercises that are slightly painful? And should I continue taking Ibuprofin? I bought myself a theraband to start doing exercises for the rotator cuff muscles, can I start with that immediately? Thanks a lot in advance, hope you can give me some advice. Best, Sander
This is most likely a supraspinatus injury- lokalized on the upper part of the shoulder blade this muscle elevates and outvard rotates the arm by means of its insertion on the inside of the upper arm bone. This is a common injury  and you should contact a physiotherapist to lern how to stretch the muscle and how to train the rotatorcuff muscles.
