US FDA links Antibiotic to tendon Ruptures

Check the link below regarding the linking of Cipro and related antibiotics to the increased risk of tendon ruptures.  Granted the article suggests that the elderly (greater than 60) are at highest risk, but it wouldn't seem unreasonable to assume climbers could be a high-risk population.  Anyone have any anecdotal evidence of climbing related finger injuries coinciding with periods of antibiotic use?  http://uk.reuters.com/article/newsOne/idUKN0827990520080708
