Hello, I recently started experiencing a mild elbow pain. I have been climbing for a very long time and have never had elbow problems so I would like to take care of this before it gets worse. My left arm is the problem. If I hold my arm at a 90 degree angle palm up the pain is coming from the bottom right side of my elbow near the prominent knobby joint on the inside (right side) of my arm. It feels like there is a cluster of tendons or something extending from the knob towards my little finger. I feel the pain the most when I am crimping and pulling on my left arm when it is bent more than 90 degrees. The area feels a bit sore to the touch after climbing. Any advice would be great Thanks! -Micah
