Shooting Pain In Forearm

Hi Dr. When I stretch my middle finger back and try and make a fist with the remaining fingers I get a severe electric shock type pain in the middle of my forearm (palm side) radiating to my wrist.  I have been climbing pretty intense now for some time.  No pain while climbing, but very worried about the pain because it feels so severe.  Should I be concerned?   Help! Thanks, Luke

You most likely have aelevated tissue pressue ( preceding a compartment problem) this preassure affekt your radialis nerve where it passes a tight spot in the forearm.Don't push on -clim easy, use the foamballsqueeze and som vltaren gel to ease the inflammation. Bjรถrn
I understand you are a very busy man, but is there any way you could expand on this idea of "preceding a compartment problem". Thanks again, Luke
So now I am having some numbness and pain in my wrist.  CTS?  If so is there a specific rehab I should be following?
