Pain on outfacing part of finger joint?

Hi! When I bend my finger with or without load I feel pain in outfacing part of joint as indicated in picture. No visible change compared to other fingers. This pain has escalated during the last two weeks, sometimes I wake up at night due to a bit of pain. It's barely noticeable when climbing but maybe I should take a break from crimping? What could be the cause of this? And how should I deal with it?
