Numb fingers after 1-finger-pocket

Hi, I have following problem. I tried a steep boulder with an one-finger-pocket and since then I am getting numb fingers during sleep. During doing the move I felt no pain or anything else. There was also no falling into this finger or else. After the boulder I noticed something is not ok, so I stopped bouldering, but still no pain. I felt more "overstreched" or "tendons (in the palm for middle and ring finger) not in the right position". I can't explain it better. The rest of the day there were no issues about the fingers. The first night was horrible. All fingers got so numb that I couldn't sleep. They really hurt. The next day, after wake up the numbness was still there but after a few minutes it passed away. Again. No issues/problems during the next day, but no climbing. After a good week I started climbing again (carefully). No real problems, no pain. But the numbness during the night was still there, but not so bad as in the first night. I have the feeling it is something about the nerves. When I move my fist in circles I can feel the tendons snapping in a position over an obstacle and then there is a little nerve pain in the two fingers. However. As mentioned before. There is no pain only this itchy feeling when twisting the fist (I can sense also a small pain on the outside of my wrist) and the numbness of the fingers. For me the question is: Is it something where you can't really do something against it expect wait or should I visit a doctor? Thank you in advance. Vladimir
I am not an expert in medicine but I would try to make a break in climbing for 2-3 weeks and use glucosinsamine and chondroitin drugs. If it does not help I would go to a good doctor. Climbing with numb fingers could cause a serious tenodon injury because normally pain prevents overloading tendons.
What you experienced is most likely a mechanical injury to one or two of the forarm nerve tracts ( radialis, medianus or ulnaris) The shering force in the forarm muscles acting on the nerve bundles,  It will take  3-10 weeks to get normal sensibility( function  back - there is really no way to speed up the process Björn
