I write following to a recent topic "revelation" (well, not really :)) that shoulders and neck are linked.
So, after an history of shoulder problems in the last 12 months (superspinatus inflammations on one side, subluxation on the other), in the end of this summer I started to suffer of a weird neck behaviour...
If I turn my head left, my neck cracks all the time. If i turn my head right, nothing happens what can be the origin, what will I benefit from, are there long-term risks (it is a very minor discomfort at present)...
