Index Finger A3 Pulley Diagnosis

Hello Last week I did a reachy move to small undercling and first got it only with index finger’s first (distal) phalanx and only then grabbed it with the rest of the fingers. I felt something moved inside the index finger but ignored it, there was no sound heard. The finger got a little swollen in an hour but I felt no pain just stiffness. The next day morning the entire finger was swollen and I couldn’t bend it all the way. After couple days of icing and NSAID application both pills and cream the swelling stopped. I still can bend it only half way and I found small bump on the top of the first joint (see picture). Any idea of the diagnosis? I will see a specialist for ultrasound examination but as it is summer it may take a while and I would like to start treatment as soon as possible. From what I found it may be A3 pulley partly or complete rupture. I immobilized the finger with tape but not sure what to do next. Any advice will be highly appreciated.
