hi after a couple of months of pause, I started to climb again I seem to have injured my hand on my first training session I don't believe it's something serious since I can climb and I only feel pain when I do some specific moves (like pull on sloppers). Then I feel some discomfort in the area I marked on the image http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/6296/handp.jpg when I climb on crimpers the issue is nonexistent so, I was wondering, what can I do to speed my recovery?
