Finger question

I have never had to deal with a jammed finger incident in my climbing yet, but the other night I jammed (and possibly fractured) my middle finger in my right hand playing ball with my friends. Has anybody had to deal with this type of injury before? How long does it take to recover to full strength? I have been really bored and haven't climbed since when it happened on Friday. Any advice is helpful. Thanks -Kristian
