finger

Hi doc, Ring finger. I recently sustained a finger injury. The situation was a shallow two finger pocket with three fingers stacked. While making the move the third finger drops of leaving two. I repeated this four times and felt slight pain (no noise). The pain only comes while climbing while climbing open handed hold with most weight being loaded on that finger. The pain (not very painful, but have not pushed to hard) is felt through the whole finger and into the hand.  There is no tenderness in the finger when i squeeze. Only when loaded on a hold. Hope that is enough info.  Cheers.
HiSorry for late response but I have been of the grid for a while.'It sound like a tendon partial pull (strain) it should have healed by now. If not see to that you stretch it every day because the strained part may  shorten and give rise to recurring pain. Björn
