Base of ring finger injury

Hi, Doc! About 2 weeks ago i was doing a problem in a gym and there was a move that involved moving left hand quickly from the pinch at the waist level to the sloper above the head. While performing this one i suddenly crashed into a hold the was in the way of my left hand by my ring finger which forced it to stretch sideways in the direction of my pinkie. The hit was hard but I didn’t feel any pain that moment and continued climbing. Now if I climb I can feel stiffness in my finger and if I stretch it backwards there is a popping sound sometimes at the base of the finger. Since the day of the injury the condition improved a bit, but the stiffness and popping sound are still present while loading finger or stretching. Feeling a bit uncomfortable with that
Hi You mostnlikely pulled à supporting muscle called an interosse and à supportive ligament Use your hand but dont climb hard for a couple of weeks and it will heal Björn
