back injury

I hurt my back in boulder session 5 days ago. It seems to be some strain of muscle I´d say in latissimus dorsi but just a bit more towards right side of body. I felt it as sharp pain when crunching hard to the right with a heel hook (right one)   It does not hurt at all unless I try to bend/crunch myself to right side/or If I try to use that side of back lets say when lifting something more heavy or taking few running step. Climbing really carefully  and simple goes but theres this painful bump/knot in my back/right side under the lower ribs. I am no expert and sure this describing can give you just a minor headache but I´d appreciate if you could say some opinion about either I should continue strecthing and warming up or go to chiro again etc. thanks!
HiMost proably a small muscular pull - try intensive stretching in combination with an antiinflammatory drug- keep up activity but don't try anything hard for a couple of weeks- it will take 6-8 weks  to heal Björn
