Hey ! I don't know if this question's already been asked, anyway : I pulled quite hard on a two finger pocket and now my ring finger hurts ; if I try to resist flexion with the tip of my finger I feel pain all the way through my finger, with a special painful point in the palm of my hand close to the finger and sometimes even in my forearm. I've seen this description a lot for pocket injuries, but I don't really know what it is and how to fix it ! Thanks a lot. Ivan
