Climbing survey - please help out with your answers

The following survey is an assessment to evaluate a large cross section of climbers. These specific questions are directly related to an on-going research project. It will generate useful information about climbers’ habits that may help provide a perspective of risk, exposure, and other correlations. One of the prospectus by M. Beverly, S. Attaway, B.
