| Broadway Bro Down (7c) | The first half was extremely fun to navigate through, followed by rewarding second half. As compared to its neighboring routes, I felt more like a 12d that may become 12c when it cleans up and becomes easier to cruise through. Or it can go in the opposite direction 😂. |

| Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride (7b+) | Tried once in 2021 when the dead cow made South Park a very unpleasant place to be. Came back to it early summer this year with an eye toward rebuilding my fitness by trying the route. Came decently close on a hot day in early June, then left it alone until a few weeks ago. One session to re-work most of my beta, a second to re-discover a critical foot on the exit of the crux and to damn near fire it (pumped out due to being shorted on a critical clip) and then fired it pretty handily on my third session. Grateful for the process on the longest, queerest fitness cruise of my life. I learned a lot along the way and when it went I climbed as close to flawlessly as I ever have. Stellar pitch. One of my favorite things I've ever climbed. |
