| Dievcenska (5a) | Nice way of leaving the crag, just climb out of there after a another day in paradise, enjoy the fantastic view, take a few photos and then walk to the car in the sunshine, going directly to the airport and Budapest in a tiny, tiny aircraft. |

| Bakos (6a+) | Super route. Top rope, then lead. Slovakian grading, solid 6c elsewhere. One of the very experienced local climbers expressed it's a problem in Slovakia that first ascender set grade undisputed and the macho/childish attitude - which of course is quite international in matters like this - makes it difficult to have first ascenders lower the bar so it's in tune with other countries. It may not be a problem for Slovakians as long as their grades are in harmony domestically, of course, but for visitors the grades don't offer much information which is after all sort of the point of grading. A great area (Tatras) to visit for climbing, though, and to meet really nice, friendly people. |
