Penedo Lastrão: wall of quartzite rock measuring around 28m at its highest point, rich in holds with good grip, cracks and some corners. The solar orientation is NE, allowing climbing in full shade from 11:00 onwards. Casa da Malta: rock wall composed of schist and quartzite, measuring around 15m at its highest point, mostly vertical, rich in cracks and crimps. The solar orientation is N, allowing climbing practically all day in shade.

It is very easy to access both sectors (Penedo Lastrão and Casa da Malta). Access can be made starting at the Póvoa car park, next to the exit of Variante N222 or through Alto do Picão.
