Take a shared taxi from Tinghir to Tizgui (should cost like 8 dh), the village in the very canyon and don't get off until the very end. You'll end up right in front of some sectores, along the street deeper in the canyon you'll find more secotors. Mostly between 0 and 30min from the main canyon road.
