| Poison Ivy (8b+) | Old Abandoned Open Project. I moved the last bolt. Two possible sequences, either a 7 foot dyno to the arête or use the small crimps up the face. Either sequence is HARD. If you do the dyno, then traverse across the face to the anchor. Don’t use the arête above the dyno. (above the dyno the arête is off). The finishing traverse is 5.13 moves across the face, to two mono’s then another smaller dyno to the finishing jug! Maybe the best view of any route in Hong Kong! |

| Old Abandoned Open Project. I moved the last bolt. Two possible sequences, either a 7 foot dyno to the arête or use the small crimps up the face. Either sequence is HARD. If you do the dyno, then traverse across the face to the anchor. Don’t use the arête above the dyno. (above the dyno the arête is off). The finishing traverse is 5.13 moves across the face, to two mono’s then another smaller dyno to the finishing jug!

| Unbeatable (8b) | Took significant effort + tries over summer. Today was the first day of Autumn with “good” conditions. When I tried in Aug/Sept it was 35C & 85% humidity every day, and rained most days too. Today was 25C and 70% Humidity (that’s VERY good in HK summer!). I also repeated Local Spirits 8a+ today and I think Unbeatable is about 1.5 grades harder... but maybe because it was so hot all summer? In winter everything is easier in HK! |

| Took significant effort + tries over summer. Today was the first day of Autumn with “good” conditions. When I tried in Aug/Sept it was 35C & 85% humidity every day, and rained most days too. Today was 25C and 70% Humidity (that’s VERY good in HK summer!). I also repeated Local Spirits 8a+ today and I think Unbeatable is about 1.5 grades harder... but maybe because it was so hot all summer? In winter everything is easier in HK! | ||||||
| Alliance (7c+) | Not a “real” Flash. I already sent Local Spirits a couple days ago, they share the same start. My friend is projecting Alliance and I’ve been belaying on it lots so at the end of the day (after sending Hong Kong Style) I decided to do Alliance as a cool-down. I didn’t fall so I guess I sent it “first try”. But not technically a flash (although I did onsight Local Spirits significantly higher than where the two routes diverge... so... I on-sighted to the Dyno [last move] on Local Spirits). |

| Not a “real” Flash. I already sent Local Spirits a couple days ago, they share the same start.
