The gorge is between Odigitrias Monastery and Kali Limenes. Access via "Moni Odigitrias" : From Herakleion on the north you take the road to Moires on the south side of the island. From moires tou follow the road to Petrokefali", "Sivas", "Listaros", "Moni Odigitrias". Pass the monastery buildings and take tthe gravel road wich descents to the south. After 5km turn right, sign says "Agiofarago", on a narrower track until you reach the river bottom. Then continue the narrow track for another 2km until you reach the end of the road... There is a barbed wire ahead. From there ahead starts the gorge until it reaches the sea.
