A small crag with 12 routes from 4 UIAA to 7+ UIAA. The leftmost six routes are accessible by climbing some fixed ropes. There some anchors for tethering are available. All routes have a small sign at the bottom with their respective names on it.

From the parking spot between Ettal and Oberammergau go into the forest and follow a hiking path up until you can spot a crag. From there leave the path and walk upwards using switchbacks until arriving at said crag which should be Kraxentrager. Walk to the left to a barely visible path through grass until you arrive at the Gamswand, no more than 5 minutes/300 meters from Kraxentrager.
